King Rui Mifsud Boulbacker Kelterspruf I: Starting from the 18th century, the Royal Family becomes commonly designated as Mifsud Boulbacker Kelterspruf, albeit in respect to the 'Benevolent Monarch' - King Kelterspruf I - the name Kelterspruf remains as the correct designation to the Royal Family.

Prince Clark Boulbacker Kelterspruf: Due to King Jonathan Mifsud Boulbacker Kelterspruf III's withdrawal of the hobby, his direct heir, HRH Clarck Boulbacker Kelterspruf, temporarily assumed the control of the Keltersprufish Government, however, through the implementation of the Hybrid System in the 21st century and, in fact in the year 2002, CKK became a type of fully democratic monarchy, that is to say, with the participation of every single citizen, concerning the decisions that seek the directions of the virtual nation, so that the monarchic regime itself merely obtained an use with views to the maintenance of the monarchic origin, based on the search for the permanence and perpetuation of the nobiliary culture. It is important to highlight that in 2004, HM Jonhathan Mifsud Boulbacker Kelterspruf III reassumes his position as Head of State, so that HRH Prince Clark Boulbacker starts occupying the position of Head of Government of the Keltersprufish micromonarchy.

When it comes to the non-fictional viewpoint, Cordial Kingdom of Kelterspruf (CKK) was founded in 1st November 2000. Notwithstanding, CKK's largest activities came during the year 2001, even though a remarkable event happened in 2002, regarding the establishment of the Hybrid System of Government and the change of the main Keltersprufish Coat of Arms, as well as in 2003, the Keltersprufish discussion forum is released, so that the number of inhabitants significantly increased.
