This Order is based on the story of the unknown Keltersprufish Knight who always fought to keep both old-time traditions and customs from Kelterspruf. In this sense, the Royal Department of Heraldry intends to contribute a lot when it comes to the blazonry.

Unlike the mounted warrior wearing armor, in today's world, the Knight's role in society changed from that of a cavalry soldier to a behavioral system, focused on courage, courtesy, creativity, diligence, enthusiasm, generosity, honesty, loyalty, politeness and so forth. Of course that Keltersprufish Knights can attend services at the Royal Department of Defense, albeit it is definitely not referred to any physical battle.

Furthermore, this Order will perform the Personal Achievement Awards Ceremony, which will be held annually at ROUK to motivate every Keltersprufish Knight to do high quality researches and studies, thereby enhancing the social development within Kelterspruf and its Royal Order. The prizes are the following ones: Cultural Achievement Award, Peace Achievement Award, Scientific Achievement Award and ROUK Honor Merit Award.
